When I joined American Nortel as CEO in 1995, the communications industry was on the cusp of the internet revolution. What separated the companies that thrived from those that disappeared was simple: the willingness to evolve. We evolved. And we've been evolving ever since.

Today, I am more excited about American Nortel's future than at any point in our history. The launch of NewborhoodTalks.com represents the most significant strategic initiative this company has undertaken — and the early results have been extraordinary.

Reaching 175,000 users within months of launch, integrating AI, expanding to iOS, adding a dating platform, and hiring a CTO — each milestone reflects a team executing with real urgency and real vision.
